Amelia Bryn Cooper graduated from Charleston School of Law and sat for the North Carolina bar exam in 2024. Amelia Bryn is passionate about family law, which has been her focus since her early days in law school. She has participated in various family law-related programs, including the Charleston Pro Bono Legal Services Family Law Clinic, where she gained invaluable hands-on experience representing clients in non-contested hearings and drafting legal documents. During this time, she worked closely under attorney supervision to help underserved individuals and families navigate the complexities of the legal system.
Amelia Bryn’s commitment to public interest law was solidified through her extensive work at Charleston Pro Bono, witnessing how access to legal services can profoundly impact families’ lives. Amelia Bryn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice, cum laude, from Lees McRae College, where she was recognized for her academic achievements on the President’s List and Dean’s List. She was also honored with the Criminal Justice Honor Award in 2021. Amelia Bryn brings her dedication to family law and public service to her role, where she strives to make the legal system accessible to those who need it most.
