After years of vacations in eastern North Carolina, Amy Glantz chose to make it her permanent home in 2022.  Prior to moving here Amy hailed from  north-central Pennsylvania where she served as an assistant public defender, represented parents in dependency cases, and juveniles in delinquency cases.  Amy has served as a law clerk and staff attorney for two Common Pleas Judges in Pennsylvania, and was an appointed Divorce Master hearing cases on equitable distribution issues and was appointed a Custody Mediator.

Amy’s passion to serve the underserved began in law school, where she interned with the YWCA Legal Center representing survivors of domestic violence in family law matters.  Amy also participated in the Widener Civil Law Clinic assisting low-income individuals in their civil cases.
