Inner Banks Legal Services was founded in 2017 by Sarah Beth Withers. Prior to opening our doors, Sarah Beth often came across people who could not afford average attorney fees. She founded Inner Banks Legal Services to bridge the justice gap and offer quality legal services at an affordable price. Inner Banks Legal Services is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit law firm, and we utilize a combination of client fees, donations, and grants to provide our clients with the best price for legal services. As an organization dedicated to equal access to justice, we believe quality legal counsel should be available to all who need it, regardless of income or background. We understand the burden of legal fees, so we offer services on a sliding scale basis. Our sliding scale fee structure makes quality legal services more affordable. By charging clients based on their income and family size, those who cannot afford full-price services are still able to get the help they need. No one should have to go without legal help due to financial hardship. Our mission is to provide affordable representation to achieve equal justice for all. Who We Serve

Inner Banks Legal Services is happy to serve everyone who needs assistance. We encourage people who earn up to 400% of the income as found on the Federal Poverty Guidelines to apply for our sliding scale services to receive discounted legal rates.
